Return/Refund Policy within the UAE:
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase from Zaiadubai.com within the UAE. Please review the following return policy:
- 5-Day Return Policy: You have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. We kindly request that customers wear light socks while trying on shoes and walk on carpeted surfaces only to prevent any damage that could affect the product's condition.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@zaiadubai.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Return Process Timeline: The return process may take up to 7 days from the date we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days after we have received and inspected your return. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return/Refund Policy Outside the UAE:
- Exclusion for International Shipments: Please note that we do not accept returns for items shipped outside the UAE.
- International Shipping Charges: For deliveries outside the UAE, if a customer fails to receive their order due to incorrect contact information or being unresponsive, the delivery charges won’t be refunded.
